Cork is the second biggest city in Southern Ireland but has a vibrancy that has to be experienced. Located on the south coast of the Island and serviced by a new airport terminal it is the ideal city to find that truly Irish experience. With its character laden bars that stay open well into the early hours people visiting are always made to feel at home though they may have slightly sorer heads they normally have because of the local brews such as the world famous whiskey Jamesons whose distillery is but a stones throw from the city. Cork is a great city to have a stag or hen because of all the activities available such as golf, go karting, horse riding racing, paint balling, quasar, water sports as its home to the first yacht club in the world. Accommodation is reasonable, food fantastic and it’s the starting point to the wild Atlantic way.
